Thanksgiving is a time for counting our blessings in life. Family, health, faith and friends are the true blessings that help us thrive and give us hope for the future. This year make it a memorable Thanksgiving by preparing a very special gourmet Thanksgiving Dinner.

These menus and all the recipes are courtesy of former Hyatt Regency Guam Executive Chef and 2002 MCA Chef of the Year, Remo Berdux (currently Executive Chef at the Ritz Carlton Seoul), and Kotwal Singh, Regional Executive Chef Hard Rock Cafe Micronesia. These menus will provide a feast for hearty appetites. Some items can be prepared in advance and all are within the skill level of anyone who enjoys cooking.

Suggested Menu from Chef Remo Berdux

Cranberry Jam (served with the Turkey but you will also use a cup in the Braised Red Cabbage, can be prepared three days in advance)
Apple Chutney (can be prepared three days in advance, stored in the refrigerator and warmed before serving)
Candied Pumpkin
Creamy Brussels Sprouts
Braised Red Cabbage
Stuffed Potatoes
Turkey with Chestnut & Apricot Stuffing
