Culinary Training
His culinary adventure began in Southeast Asia as a galley hand on the passenger ship M.V. Doulos sailing to Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Here he mastered peeling potatoes and making mayonnaise and marinara. He continued his climb up the culinary ladder under the direction of French Master Chef Joel Gourio DeBourgioniere at the Provincial Hotel in New Orleans.
