"I really don't have one favorite dish, but I love to cook Chinese and Indonesian food as well as Hawaiian. Chamorro cuisine is currently my hobby as I am delving into creating a new cuisine based on Chamorro and Micronesian dishes."

"Green Tea either hot or iced"

"It all depends. I rarely cook for myself. If anything, a simple P& J sandwich usually suffices."
