Welcome to 2012! We roll into the 11th year of GuamDiner.com and have to say that the restaurant scene on Guam has never been more diverse or delicious. You truly don't know how unique our situation is - we live on an island where we are open minded about flavors and spices and we are delighted to try new foods - if it's good, we will embrace it and not try to force the dishes to change to meet a preconceived notion of what tastes good. 2012 promises to bring even more new experiences and you can count on Ken Stewart aka "The Guam Food Guy" to eat his way through it all and faithfully report.
