Sesame-Crusted Fish & Chicken Breast with Island Citrus

4 fish fillets (4 to 6 ozs each)
4 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
4 Tbs Parkelp* Granular Seasoning
Black pepper to taste
6 Tbs black sesame seeds
2 Tbs olive oil
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh
1 small red onion thin sliced (for fish)
4-6 cloves garlic, fine chopped (for chicken)
2 mangoes, peeled and sliced
2 papaya, peeled and sliced
4 Tbs scallions, fine chopped
Season the fish fillets & chicken breasts with Parkelp and pepper and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Set aside 2 casserole dishes for marinating. Mix together marinating ingredients and whisk well. Place fillets & breasts into respective marinate and let set overnight.
Remove fillets & breasts and place into individual foil packets. Add 3-4 Tbs of the liquid to each packet and seal well. Place onto medium hot grill and cook 15-20 minutes.
To serve garnish with fruit and chopped scallions.
