SunSoy® Teriyaki Tofu


1 pkg SunSoy® Island Fresh Tofu
1 1/2 to 2 Tbs soy sauce
1 clove garlic
2 Tbs sugar or 2 packets of Sweet & Low®
pinch of sesame seeds
canola oil
**Increase or decrease soy sauce and sugar/Sweet & Low® to suit your taste

Cut SunSoy® Island Fresh Tofu into 1/2-inch cubes. Deep fry in canola oil until light golden brown. Set aside and let drain. Mix soy sauce, garlic, sugar (or Sweet & Low®) and sesame seeds in sauce pan on medium to high heat; add fried tofu and saute, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens (approximately 7 minutes). Serve as appetizer, main course or snack.
