Flour Tortillas
Dorothy's Kitchen




3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup coconut milk or other milk
2 Tbs sugar

Mix all ingredients. Add milk gradually and blend until smooth. Knead dough for 2 minutes. Divide into 4 pieces. Take one section and roll out to a round shape about 8 1/2 inches in diameter. If thin tortillas are desired, divide into 5 pieces.

Yield: 4 or 5 Tortillas
