Raw Vegetables with Wasabi Dip

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 Tbs soy sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp wasabi paste or powder
1 tsp dark brown sugar
Fresh raw vegetables such as carrots, celery, snow peas, fennel, asparagus, bell peppers, scallions, broccoli, and cauliflower, cut into small pieces

Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, soy sauce, lemon juice, wasabi, and brown sugar until thoroughly combined.

Yield: 1 1/4 Cups of Dip
