4 1/4 to 5 1/4 oz Oatmeal
3/4 cup Milk
4 1/2 oz Almonds or Hazelnut, finely grated
4 1/4 oz Sugar
2 1/4 lb Apples, grated
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1/2 cup Cream or Yogurt, slightly whipped
Seasonal fruit
Whipping cream
Pecans or almonds

Soak oatmeal in the milk for about 20-min. Add almonds and sugar. Combine the apples, lemon juice and cream and add to the oatmeal mixture. Add a little honey and fresh fruit if desired. Garnish with whipped cream and almonds or pecans.
