Chicken Breasts with Orange Marmalade

8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2-8 oz. jars orange marmalade
1 Tbs. cornstarch mixed with 1 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. allspice
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients except chicken breasts in a saucepan and simmer until thoroughly combined and slightly thickened. Place chicken breast halves in a single layer in a baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake in a 350F oven for about 45 minutes, or until chicken is done.

Yield: 4 to 8 servings
