Shrimp Patties

4 pkgs small shrimp
3 pkgs frozen mixed vegetables
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1 dozen medium eggs
2 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
3 cup salad oil

Crush shrimp and place in a large bowl. Thaw, wash, and drain vegetables, then add to the bowl of shrimp. Chop onions and garlic very fine, add to shrimp mixture. Beat eggs in a medium size bowl; add flour and milk; mix thoroughly. Add to shrimp mixture and mix thoroughly. Add black pepper, salt and baking powder. Heat oil and maintain at medium heat. Drop by the spoonful into hot oil. Cook until golden brown.
