Spicy Tuna Steak over Caesar Salad

1 lb fresh Tuna
1/4 cup sweet red chili sauce
1 cup fresh lime juice

Coat tuna steak with red chili sauce. Grill on high heat for five minutes each side or until medium. Remove Tuna from grill, set aside and let it stay warm.

Cut tuna into bite size pieces, toss with lime juice and arrange on top of salad. (Click for Caeser Salad Recipe)
