Local Style Poki

2 lbs fresh Marlin, cubed
1 Tbs Sesame oil
1 piece fresh ginger, grated
1 small jar Kim Chee base
1/2 stalk yellow daigo (radish), chopped
6 hot local peppers*, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
Nori (dried seaweed) for garnish

In a non-metal bowl combine marlin and sesame oil, ginger and peppers making sure to coat fish throughly. Pour in the kim chee base adding just enough to lightly coat the marlin. Mix in green onions and daigo. Garnish with nori.

Serve with tortillas or steamed rice.

*Use care in chopping these peppers as they are very hot. Gloves are recommended for sensitive persons and never touch your face after handling until throughly washing hands with warm soapy water.
