Salad Alice

Lettuce leaves, separated
1 can pineapple cubes, drained
1 grapefruit segmented
1/2 can hazelnuts chopped
3 Tbs olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Place lettuce leaves in a large bowl. Add the fruit and nuts. Whisk together the oil and lemon juice and pour over the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss well. Chill before serving.

Yield: 3 to 4 Servings
