Spicy Pasta in Olive Oil

Spicy Pasta in Olive Oil is what we feed the Prego staff after a busy night. Cook some dried pasta like spaghetti almost al dente, strain it and then set it aside hot. Warm up a good amount of extra virgin oil in a saute pan with some minced garlic and red chili pepper flakes. Careful! You don't want to toast it dark brown necessarily but infuse the flavor into the oil so don't go too hot. Add the pasta to the pan and toss with some salt and pepper and serve to the troops, kids or a loved one coming home late from work. A smile is guaranteed!
