Teriyaki Marinade


1/4 cup Kikkoman's teriyaki sauce
1/4 packet artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp garlic powder or fresh garlic
1/4 tsp powdered ginger or fresh ginger
a few drops Tabasco sauce (or other hot sauce), to taste

This makes enough for two medium size mahi-mahi steaks; adjust amounts accordingly if you are making more (and otherwise to taste). Marinate (refrigerated) chicken or beef at least a few hours, as long as possible; fish at least 30 minutes. Broil or grill food as usual.
