Cream Cheese Frosting

1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar, sifted

Beat cream cheese and butter together in bowl until smooth and fluffy. Add sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Thin with lemon or pineapple juice if necessary.
