Tofu Whipped Cream
Cathreen Panuel of the SDA Wellness Center

1 cup soft tofu
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy. Chill and serve as you would whipped cream.

Yield: 1 Cup of Whipped Topping
