Papaya Crunch aka Tropical Fruit Crunch
You can substitute mangoes or combine with pineapple for different flavors

5 cups sliced papaya (as in apple pie)
1/2 cup lemon or lime juice
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/3 cup melted butter

Cook slices of papaya in lemon juice, sugar, and a very small amount of water until slightly soft but still firm. Mix with other three ingredients and arrange in a square or oblong baking dish as you would for an apple crunch.

Cut the following ingredients together in a separate bowl to make topping mixture.

1/2 cup raw oats
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine

Sprinkle topping mixture over papayas slices. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes at 350F degrees.
