2 cup diced or sliced fruit
2 Tbs amaretto
1 Tbs fresh mint, slice (optional)
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp granulated sugar
2 Tbs toasted, sliced almonds
Fruit: Add Amaretto to sliced Fruit and allow to stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.
Whip Cream: Whip the cream with a whisk until soft peaks are achieved and then add sugar. Continue whipping for medium peak consistency.
Place fruit in desired glass or bowl, top with cream and almonds.
Yield: 2 Servings
