An easy and absolutely delicious dessert
Enough fresh strawberries to make 2 cups of crushed or pureed strawberries (about 4 cups whole)
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
Crush strawberries or puree in blender. Sweeten with the sugar adding more or less to taste. Whip the cream until thick and fold into strawberries. Pour into pretty glasses and chill for at least 2 hours. Garnish with halved strawberries.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
