Island Style Banana-Oatmeal Cookies

6 ripe bananas (local small yellow)
1/3 cup salad oil
2 cups oatmeal (quick cooked)
1 1/2 cups raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, pecans or any nut you like
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375F. Mash bananas in large bowl then add all the remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded tablespoons on cookie sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.

Yield: 30 Cookies
