Veggie, Fruit & Yogurt Stress Buster

This is a great breakfast food that can be taken to work to eat at once or slowly during the morning. I make this when under a lot of stress and it works wonders for keeping my thoughts clear and my energy high.
2 peeled carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 apple, chopped
1 1/2 cups honeydew or cantaloupe or pear, chopped
3/4 cup plain yogurt
raw nuts (your choice)
cinnamon to taste
Place in a bowl and add yogurt, nuts and a shake of cinnamon. Transfer to a tupperware container to bring to work. Enjoy!
This can be prepared and placed on the table early on Sunday mornings. Watch as the whole family enjoys. Great way to get kids to eat their fruits and veggies.
