Easy Ham Roll-ups


6 slices of good quality deli ham, about dime thickness
2 eight-ounce packages of high-quality cream cheese
6 green onions, about pencil thickness, washed and trimmed

Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature. Divide each package into thirds. Spread each third evenly over a slice of ham. Lay an onion on one end of the ham-cream cheese slab and roll up into a log (with the onion in the center). Trim off the excess onion tops. Slice the log crossways into half-inch thick pieces, and serve. Needs no seasoning.

Yield: 4 to 12 Servings Depending on Appetite
