  Gollai Apan Lemmai (Breadfruit Cooked with Coconut Milk)

1 large breadfruit
5 cups coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt

Cut breadfruit into quarters. Peel skin. Remove core. Add salt. Cut lengthwise into pieces. Cook breadfruit with coconut milk in covered saucepan for about 30 minutes on a medium heat.

Yield: 6 Servings
