Chamorro Shrimp Patties

1 lb shrimp, cleaned, deveined and chopped
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (7 oz) corn
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup celery, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 eggs
1/2 cup canned milk
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Heat oil to 350F. Drop from spoon into hot fat. Fry until golden.
