Creamy Salmon Pasta

1 salmon fillet (not canned) broken into chunks
1 small onion
2 Tbs frozen or fresh garden peas
2 Tbs creme fraiche
salt & pepper to season
oil for frying

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until just al dente. Drain but do not rinse.

While the pasta is cooking, saute the onion in the oil, add the salmon and cook gently until the salmon is cooked. Add the peas and continue to cook for a few minutes. Add the creme fraiche and cook until just heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper

Put pasta onto serving plate and pour the creamy salmon over the pasta. Serve with a green salad.

This recipe can be doubled or increased depending on the number of people you want to serve.
