  Quick Lomi-Lomi Tuna

1 lb Aku or Ahi, small cubes
2 Tbs green onion, chopped
1/2 small white onion, chopped
1 Tbs fresh ginger, minced
1 1/2 tsps Hawaiian Salt (Kosher salt is okay)
1 tsp white sesame seeds
1 tomato, finely cubed
1 tsp sesame oil

Cut fish into small pieces, no larger than 1/3 of an inch cubed, and place in a mixing bowl. Add the chopped white onion and salt, and rub into the fish with your hands. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Yield: 6 to 8 appetizer serving
