  Jalapeno Burgers

1 pound of ground beef
Kosher salt & freshly cracked black pepper
1 small can of chopped jalapeno peppers
1 bunch of alfalfa sprouts
4 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
4 slices of red onion
4 onion rolls, toasted
4 tablespoons of quality mayonnaise

In a bowl combine ground beef and jalapenos, Kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Shape into four patties. Cook on the grill or in a skillet on medium heat. Top with cheddar at the very end of the cooking process. Toast onion rolls. Serve with alfalfa sprouts, onion, and mayonnaise.

Yield: 2 to 4 Servings
