2 to 3 lbs pork, cut into small chunks
10 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
2 Tbs black pepper
4 Tbs soy sauce or salt to taste
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Simmer until meat is tender. Remove the meat and thicken sauce with 2 tablespoons of corn starch. Serve meat and sauce over hot rice.
