  Sugar Cookie Icing
This is great for frosting sugar cookies. You can also color it easily with drops of food coloring. If it hardens, add a few drops of warm water to soften it to spreading consistency.

4 cups powdered sugar
3 - 4 Tbs water

Adjust the consistency by adding more sugar or water. Color as desired. To store, cover with plastic wrap. This will keep up to 4 days in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before using.

Yield: About 1 cup
