Chili Cubana

3 lbs extra lean ground beef
2 cans kidney beans (any brand)
2 cans black beans (any brand)
1 can stewed tomatoes (any brand)
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
6 cloves garlic
1 Tbs cracked black pepper
1 tsp salt
3 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp oregano
4 Tbs chili powder
4 red peppers (donie) more if ya like it HOT!

Brown the hamburger meat then add onions, garlic, bell peppers and cook until the onions are opaque. Add in the canned beans. Add in the salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and chili powder. Add in the red peppers (to taste, not just your taste if you're feeding guests!). Cook over high heat until the mixture boils, then simmer on low for about 2 hours. Stir every 15 minutes or so so the beans and meat don't stick to the bottom of the pot.

Everyone who's tried this loves it. You don't have to worry about left overs with this dish!
