  Anzac Biscuits

1 heaping cup Rolled Oats
1 heaping cup of Desiccated Coconut
1 cup all-purpose Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Tbs of Golden Syrup (Treacle or Molasses will be O.K.)
2 Tbs Boiling Water
1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
4 1/2 oz Butter

Mix oats, coconut, plain flour and sugar together. Combine with butter and other ingredients. Place teaspoons of mixture on a greased tray (not too close together). Bake in a slow oven (300F) for 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp.

Couldn't be easier, these are a great biscuit for children to make.
