T-Bone Steak with Onion and Mushrooms Galore

2 T-bone steaks
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 large onion, chopped thin lengthwise
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs vinegar
1/4 tsp Accent (MSG) seasoning (optional as many people are allergic)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 jar (6 1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms
1 Tbs oil

Fry steak to your liking; set aside. Add oil and fry garlic and onion on medium high heat about 1 to 2 minutes.

Combine in small bowl, soy sauce, vinegar, Accent and black pepper and add to garlic and onions. Return steak to skillet, coat both sides with sauce, add sliced mushrooms and continue frying for 2 more minutes.

Remove from heat.

Yield: 2 to 3 Servings
