Oranges in Cinnamon Syrup
A refreshing dessert with only 126 calories per serving.

1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick, broken in half
3 large navel oranges

Combine wine, water, sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 8 minutes. Remove from heat

Peel the oranges and remove the white pith, trim the ends and cut each orange into 4 rounds. Arrange the orange rounds in a wide shallow bowl or pan. Pour hot syrup and cinnamon stick over oranges. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Can be made 1 day ahead.
