  Frosty Fruit Pie

16 graham crackers, finely crushed
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted

1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 pint fresh strawberries, mashed and pureed (about 1 1/4 cups)
1 6-ounce can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 3/4 cups frozen non-dairy whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
Fresh whole blueberries, raspberries or strawberries for garnish
Additional whipped topping for garnish

Combine graham crackers and margarine in bowl. Press evenly onto the bottoms and sides of an 8 1/2" by 2 1/2" springform pan*. Place in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

Combine sweetened condensed milk, strawberries and pineapple juice in a large bowl and mix well. Fold in the whipped topping. Pour into the crust and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.

If using the springform pan, carefully run a thin knife between the crust and sides of pan. Release the spring and gently remove the sides. Garnish with whole berries and additional whip topping as desired. If using a regular pan just proceed to garnish in the pan.

*If you don't plan to unmold to serve, this can be prepared in a regular pan
