Bistek - Beefsteak Chamorro Style

2 lbs round steak
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbs vinegar, tuba if available
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbs cooking oil

Slice steak about half inch thick. Pound both sides of meat. Place in bowl. Make marinade out of other ingredients except the oil. Fry steak in oil. Pour marinade over meat and cook 5 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
