Dorothy's Kitchen

2 lbs ground beef
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
4 Tbs onion, chopped
2 eggs
1/2 cup catsup
2 Tbs bell pepper, chopped
1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients reserving half the catsup and cream of mushroom soup. Pat into a 9" by 5" pan. Top with the remaining catsup and bake in a 350F oven for about one hour. Pour off excess grease. Make a gravy from the heated mushroom soup to serve on sliced meat loaf.
