Caffe Cino
Restaurant Review by Ken Stewart, The Guam Food Guy
November 2001

I can resist everything except temptation, and that's exactly what you'll get when you walk by the display case at the Hilton's Caffe Cino, for inside on a cobalt blue service plate stacked neatly atop a latticed doily are home-made (at the Hilton's new chocolate factory) chocolate confections, the like of which I've not had locally. Credit needs to be given to Pastry Chef Hans Blum, whose masterful creations of milk and dark chocolate, with a range of delectable fillings, are nothing short of sorcery!! The spell-binding, transforming power of these sinfully-rich chocolate morsels remind me of the magical effects experienced in the Oscar-nominated movie, "Chocolat", starring the enchanting Juliette Binoche. Priced at only $.50 piece, you'll feel like you're in a movie after your first bite! If you can eat chocolate, I believe you'll appreciate Chef Hans' creations! CAFFE CINO is open 24 HOURS, so you can satisfy your craving any time!
